TBP Series

The TBP series delivers fast, reliable trayloading performance with a maximum output of up to 1,000 units per minute. Designed for flexibility, it supports random pack configurations and is capable of handling a wide range of container sizes and tray types, making it ideal for multi-format production environments.

A linear servo-driven pusher ensures precise loading, with integrated sensor count verification for accurate and repeatable operation. The system can be configured with single or dual infeed lanes and matching tray stations to meet throughput requirements.

For optimal efficiency, the TBP features pre-counted tray staging, enabling continuous, high-speed operation. With its adaptable design and robust performance, the TBP is a dependable solution for streamlined, high-volume packaging workflows.

TBP Series

This Trayloader features independent dual tray stations with unit infeed from an upstream accumulation table, through a passive fallen unit ejection area, and starwheel tray count metering. The pusher arms are belt driven servomotors along a ball screw with a pneumatically actuated lift mechanism to allow for secondary tray staging. The operator control station has an HMI mounted on a rotating pivot arm completed with light stack and audible horn.
