Trayloaders

Our Trayloaders are designed for precise, efficient product packaging and are capable of handling multiple container sizes or tray types. Using either servo-driven pushers or 6-axis robots, our unique design for pre-counted tray staging allows for the maximum machine throughput possible. Whether you are utilizing bulk-pack configurations or require a uniform soldier-pack, our machines can be adapted to seamlessly fit your process.

All Trayloaders come with tray count verification for reliable unit output and have additional inspection options that can be added. Our modular infeed design can also be scaled to utilize multiple tray stations for increased production capacity as needed. Additional components can be added to improve overall production capabilities such as infeed accumulation, fallen unit ejection, visual inspection, and much more.

Risk Free Consultation

Ask us about performing a risk free consultation of your facility to determine equipment layouts or performance capabilities. Whether you want help identifying process downtime contributors for optimal accumulation areas, or just want help planning out equipment and conveyor layouts that fit your space, we can help. We can also evaluate your unique commodities and tray configuration for tray loading with our in-house robotic test setup to provide a detailed cost estimate risk free. This assessment can determine what your final equipment configuration could look like based on your performance specifications.

Frequently Asked Questions

The TBP series is capable of high-speed operation with a maximum output of 1,000 units per minute (upm).

The TSR series has a maximum output of 700 units per minute (upm).

The CTS loader uses a non-uniform "Bulk" pack arrangement, while the CSS loader uses a "Soldier" configuration that can be uniform rows and columns or a staggered matrix arrangement dependent on customer needs.

The TSR series utilizes robotic pick-and-place technology integrated with camera inspection to verify product placement and quality.

Both trayloader models offer options for single or dual-lane infeed and/or tray stations to increase throughput.

We use pre-counted tray staging to ensure that the machine is always ready for the next cycle, minimizing downtime between trays.

Trayloading Glossary

Stands for End-of-Arm Tooling (also known as an end effector). It is the specialized device attached to the wrist of a robotic arm that allows the robot to interact with its environment and perform specific tasks.

A high-speed tray loading model capable of handling up to 1000 units per minute (upm) in a "Random" or "Bulk" pack configuration.

A robotic tray loading model capable of up to 700 units per minute (upm) that utilizes "Soldier" pack configurations (uniform rows/columns).

A uniform packing arrangement consisting of organized rows, columns, or a staggered matrix. This creates the best packing configuration for space density and automated manipulation.

A robot, such as the FANUC CRX, designed to work safely alongside human operators with an easy interface and increased safety capabilities.

A pre-counting process that prepares trays for loading to minimize downtime between cycles and maximize throughput.
