Frequently Asked Questions

All our equipment can be paired with control packages that allow for either stand-alone use or full integration into a larger system.

We can provide comprehensive support, including installation supervision and operator training to ensure your team is comfortable with the new equipment.

All our machines are built with a modular design to maximize their flexibility to fit within any manufacturing space. Our in-house engineering team allows us to tailor any solution to fit your specific needs with superior quality.

See active problems as they happen, search by source or text, and acknowledge alarms so the whole crew knows what has been handled. Review what happened, when it happened, and where it happened, with searchable records by date range, source, barn, and alarm text. Tune alarm severity, class, barn/module mapping, and acknowledgement rules so alerts match how your system actually operates

Our curved conveyors utilize side-flexible plastic belts that allow for curves as tight as a 6” radius, making them ideal for facilities with limited floor space.

No. Both our straight and curved conveyors feature belts that are flush-to-frame, which eliminates the need for deadplates and ensures a smoother product transition.

We use Stainless Steel framing to ensure clean, rigid, and durable construction suitable for various industrial environments, even cleanroom or washdown.

Our modular frame design allows for easy customization of lengths, and we offer a wide range of belt widths to fit your specific application.

We offer a wide range of add-on features such as transfer disks, feedscrews, starwheels, fallen unit ejection, etc. that can be integrated to fit with existing equipment.

The modular frame design allows us to customize the system based on your specific "buffer" requirements, such as desired accumulation time or product quantity. We can also help with calculating what this accumulation buffer needs to be based on your specific manufacturing process.

When a machine inadvertently has downtime due to jams, commodity refills, speed differences, etc. every downstream machine is affected like dominos unless there is intermediate accumulation. This provides a buffer to keep separate machines running independent of each other to maintain consistent production output, compensate for speed differences, allow for small interventions, and reduce machine wear. Ideally, accumulation between every major machine on a production line maximizes your production output capabilities.

Our accumulation conveyors are designed for smooth transfers, making them highly effective even for small container handling.

We include an accumulation sensor for backup control, which monitors product density and manages flow to prevent jams.

We offer adjustable guides and/or change parts specifically for vial entry and exit paths to accommodate various product dimensions.

We offer loading and unloading shelf options to facilitate manual intervention when necessary.

The disc size and the material of the turntable can be customized to fit your specific application and chemical compatibility needs.

Our standard accumulation conveyors are designed for maximum buffering, but if your process requires strict FIFO, we can tailor the pathing and controls to meet that requirement.

The TBP series is capable of high-speed operation with a maximum output of 1,000 units per minute (upm).

The TSR series has a maximum output of 700 units per minute (upm).

The CTS loader uses a non-uniform "Bulk" pack arrangement, while the CSS loader uses a "Soldier" configuration that can be uniform rows and columns or a staggered matrix arrangement dependent on customer needs.

The TSR series utilizes robotic pick-and-place technology integrated with camera inspection to verify product placement and quality.

Both trayloader models offer options for single or dual-lane infeed and/or tray stations to increase throughput.

We use pre-counted tray staging to ensure that the machine is always ready for the next cycle, minimizing downtime between trays.

We utilize a FANUC CRX collaborative robot to quickly and efficiently load trays. A collaborative robot provides the easiest interface for operators, as well as increased safety capabilities. A custom end-of-arm-tool is design based on the customer’s specific tray configuration and commodity requirements, even with automated tool change applications that utilize multiple container sizes or process steps.

We are certified under UL 508A (Industrial Control Panels for General Use).

While we are a UL-certified shop, a label is only applied to panels that meet all UL 508A design and component requirements. We review your design during the quoting phase to ensure it is "Label-Ready."

If you already have completed schematics and a Bill of Materials (BOM), we can provide high-quality assembly, wiring, and labeling exactly to your specifications.

We offer full-service engineering support. You provide the functional requirements (e.g., "I need to control three 10HP motors and an HMI"), and our team will design the schematics, layout, and thermal management system.

We are equipped for both "one-off" custom prototypes and repeatable, high-volume production for OEMs.

While we have preferred partners for common items (like Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff, Banner, etc.), we are "brand agnostic" and can build with any UL-recognized components you specify.

We specialize in retrofitting older machinery with modern sensors, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and updated control panels to bring them into a connected, automated ecosystem.

We use industrial communication protocols like EtherNet/IP, Profinet, or MQTT to ensure a "seamless handshake" between different brands of equipment, creating a unified production line.

We handle everything from the initial site audit and conceptual design to panel fabrication, programming, installation, and final commissioning.

Our engineering team is proficient in all major platforms, including Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Automation), Siemens, Codesys, and TwinCat

We can integrate secure VPN solutions and web-based HMIs that allow you to monitor real-time production data and receive alarm notifications on your smartphone or tablet.
