The TSR Series Robotic Vial Loading System (Pat. No. 12,667,967 B2) is engineered for high-precision, high-efficiency loading in soldier pack configurations, delivering consistent performance at speeds up to 700 units per minute. Designed for versatility, it can accommodate multiple container sizes, tray types, and pack patterns, making it a strong fit for complex or multi-format operations.

At the heart of the TSR is a robotic pick-and-place system equipped with camera inspection, ensuring accurate orientation, placement, and quality verification of every container. Configurable single or dual infeed lanes and tray stations allow the system to be tailored to specific line layouts and throughput goals.

TSR Series

The above Trayloader features independent dual tray stations with unit infeed through a passive fallen unit ejection area and automatically adjustable unit staging area. The 2 collaborative robots utilize a gripper-style EOAT that can be automatically changed over through recipe selection and stored internal to the equipment. There are locally mounted control cabinets with an operator control station ergonomically mounted on the worktable.
