The CTS loader uses a non-uniform "Bulk" pack arrangement, while the CSS loader uses a "Soldier" configuration that can be uniform rows and columns or a staggered matrix arrangement dependent on customer needs.

How does the TSR Trayloader ensure quality during the packing process?

What type of robot is used on the TSR Trayloader?

We utilize a FANUC CRX collaborative robot to quickly and efficiently load trays. A collaborative robot provides the easiest interface for operators, as well as increased safety capabilities. A custom end-of-arm-tool is design based on the customer’s specific tray configuration and commodity requirements, even with automated tool change applications that utilize multiple container sizes or process steps.
